Adding a new AutoPay schedule has been temporarily suspended while improvements are made to DallasGo. On May 18 you will be able to add AutoPay through the updated DallasGo portal. If you set up AutoPay prior to this notice, your existing arrangements will continue to be processed through May 1, but you must re-enroll starting May 18 when the DallasGo portal is updated. If you would like to simply make a one-time payment today you can use the Pay My Bill menu option. We look forward to sharing with you the updated DallasGo portal.
